About us
Event Security and Stewarding services are a specialist area for Select. Our client list is extensive, managing over 200 events per year, and we are very proud to be highly recommended in this field particularly. This means peace of mind for potential or new clients. Events have ranged from 100 to 500,000 attendees! The events successfully run by Select include festivals, sporting events, pop concerts, parades; outdoors film screenings, road shows and university balls.
All our Event Security are SIA Licensed and have extensive experience of working at a huge range of events. This means our staff are very versatile, and professional. They work closely with our stewards to facilitate a safe and enjoyable event for all concerned.
Consultancy work is highly recommended before, during and after any event. Select will take time to visit sites in preparation, and advise on risk areas for security or steward attention. Further to this, extensive operational proposals with details requested are presented in good time to clients, to be submitted to local authorities and emergency services. We pride ourselves in an excellent record of liaison with safety advisors for large events.
