Using traditional Breton recipes our delicious organic crepes are made fresh on demand whilst the customer watches. Fresh ingredients are essential to produce a good crepe and all our range of fillings are freshly prepared by us on site to ensure the best possible taste experience. We make savoury crepes with buckwheat flour, with a selection of savoury fillings and sweet crepes, with a scrumptious selection of fresh fruit, home made chocolate sauce and fresh cream. Where possible our ingredients are organic, fair-trade, GM and additive free.
Apart from our usual menu we have one off specials such as roasted peppers and goats cheese to bring our customers something extra special.
We make freshly squeezed organic lemonade to order, and serve this from a lemonade stand attached to the rear of the trailer, which is newly decorated each year. We serve fair trade organic filter coffee and a selection of teas. At night and on cold days we serve gourmet hot vegetarian soups, such as butternut squash, coconut and chilli to warm cold customers. All our food is vegetarian.
