We arrive 2 hours prior to your serve time, blanch our freshly peeled and hand cut potato chips which are sourced locally. Unlike other companies we do not use frozen chips.

Our bespoke fish and chip van can serve any number of guests Traditional Fish and Chips at their best !

Professional enough to work alongside Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall on Channel 4, The Fish Fight or Channel 4, Heston Blumenthal’s Fishy Feast.

We have an array of serving options available ranging from fish and chip trays, boxes, plates, cones, china plates, food safe newspaper, fish and chip paper, newspaper cones, or bamboo cones with chip forks, disposable cutlery, wooden cutlery, or stainless steel cutlery.

We offer various condiments, Heinz ketchup, brown sauce, homemade tartare sauce, mayonnaise, wedges of lemon, salt, pepper, vinegar, homemade mushy peas, curry sauce, pickled onions, gherkins, etc.

We frequently serve wedding breakfasts either at the venue car park, inside a marquee, outside a castle. Serve times range from 12.00pm – Midnight or later!

After each and every event our vehicle goes through a 4 – 5 hour deep clean which includes cooking oil filtration of less than 5 microns.

Last minute booking are rarely accommodated although you may always enquire to see if we have a spare slot.

We have a registered and inspected kitchen and preparation room which is available for inspection at any time, along with hundreds of genuine testimonials!
