The Spaceport

The Spaceport is a themed mobile venue ideal for pop-up partys, festivals, greenfield club tours and outdoor events

The future is now! Our futuristically themed Spaceport is an immersive journey for the partygoers with our fully costumed staff and technicians, We can take the party to new depths of time and space with a incredible video & light show and fully controlled enviroment, spaceport sound effects & with the addition of some out of this world performers, We like to work with the best in underground electronic artists, labels and promoters to create a show to remember.
We can cater for live bands, DJ’s and musicians, The venue is a solid construction within a clear span marquee with up to a 400 capacity inside, we can also provide an outdoor seated and covered smoking areas for additional capacity.

Cybernetic Wall Panels
Solid futuristic wall panel design with built in DMX controlled lighting FX, ambiance domes & jelly domes directly controlled by the Spaceport command centre.

Stargate Travelator Entrance
Entrance tunnel with time warp video effects.

Integrated Video Display Screens
Two 8’ x 4’ acrylic video screens directly controlled by the Spaceport command video hub.

Integrated Window Projection Screens
Two panoramic video windows built as part of the Spaceport wall panel structure, video is controlled via the Spaceport command video hub. Features custom animations of Spaceport exteriors.

Star Base Lounge
Relax in the star base lounge with a number of hireable seating and table options, illuminated glow furniture available.

Additional Lighting FX
Lasers, moving heads, U.V. lighting and video FX all as standard.

Reality Check-In Desk
Check-In for your trip to outer space with our custom built bar area, features check in slots for your guests luggage and an integrated sci-fi bar surface with sound activated lighting FX.

Mission Control
Massive DJ and sound booth with in-built motion tubes and video projection FX.

Spaceport Command Centre
Lighting,Video and FX control hub complete with android VJ & Lighting engineers.

Alien Life Form Scanner
Pass through the alien life form scanner with built-in laser, smoke and video FX.

Emotional Baggage Claim
Collect your baggage, seek interstellar counseling or just dance the night away on the dance platform baggage prop.

Info-Com
Information and communications prop features an in-built image display screen with custom space travel adverts. Logo & Coporate branding display options available.

Spaceport Sound FX
Intergalactic traveller immersion with Spaceport sound effects. Ambient sounds are played in the Stargate Entrance and futuristic tannoy announcements across the main P.A.

Logo and Corporate Branding
Bring your Logo or Corporate ID to the Spaceport through a number of our display & projection screens.We can also create custom logo animations to your requirements.

Igloo Structures

Igloo Structures provide an alternative solution to traditional marquee or gazeebo hire.
The Igloo has a capacity for up to 40 people or up to 60 when used with the Minigloo Pods. The Minigloo Pods are individual shelters that can be hired with The Igloo or on their own. They have their own seating, table, lighting and a unique high tech, self powered mini MP3 speaker dock.
The Igloo tent can be hired empty or you can let us furnish and decorate it as well. We have a range of cushions, rugs, bean bags and hand made stools and benches to transform the tent into a cosy comfortable space. The tent is supplied with fully detachable walls to shelter from the wind and rain and also increased security at night.
We can supply a full P.A and low powered L.E.D lighting rig. We also have the option of running on solar power, this means The Igloo can be sited in a variety of locations. For larger events we can supply a 8k P.A and a range of DJ’s to cover every musical taste, a band or cabaret act.

We can offer 10 foot yurts, 12 foot yurts, 14 foot yurts, 16 foot yurts, 20 foot yurts, 24 foot yurts, 32 foot yurts and a 24′ by 70 foot yurt so whatever your needs, we have a yurt for you.

We only use Fire Retardant, Waterproof, & Rot Resistant (FWR) canvas, for both your safety and the longevity of the yurts.

Our yurt frames are made from a variety of hardwood and softwood (ash, oak, hazel, larch, pine, willow, or a material of your choice).
