Our management team has a number of years experience working at some of the most well known music events and festivals in the UK.

Our Managing Director Mr Nick Dymond has successfully completed a 2 year degree in Crowd Safety Management and has attended numerous courses and seminars in relation to this demanding sector of the security industry.

Our Event/Safety Stewards, Fire Marshals and Security Industry Authority licensed staff all play a key part in the successful operation of the company and this is passed onto our clients by providing them with a professional, courteous and high quality service.

Our dedicated training centre (NDSS Training Limited) is accredited to the BIIAB (awarding body), Skills for Security (awarding body) and Maybo (conflict management and physical intervention skills) and runs along side NDSS Ltd ensuring all our staff attend frequent training sessions, ensuring they have the knowledge to deliver a complete package to our clients.

Our team can conduct risk assessments, liaise with local authorities and create a crowd safety management plan specific to your event. This allows us the opportunity to provide our clients with the right number of staff, in the right place, at the right time.

We can arrange 4×4 vehicle hire, radio hire and event control staff.

Our service continues after your event has finished by providing our clients with a full de-brief of the crowd safety aspect of your event.
