Our freshly made toasted sandwiches are fully sealed at the edges, trapping all the ingredients inside, and crisply toasted on the outside making them a delicious hot, easy to eat one-handed snack. They are perfectly complemented by our freshly squeezed orange juice, Fairtrade ground coffee, tea and hot chocolate & organic treats.
We have lots of delicious vegetarian as well as meat options. Our toasties are made with a choice of white or brown bread, our cheeses are all British (with the exception of mozzarella & feta) and our hot drinks, bananas and chocolate are Fair-trade.
Our toasties are made in a revolutionary new toasty machine, which makes a sealed, easy-to-eat toasty in less than 40 seconds. Our toasty machine only uses power when it is ‘toasting’, which reduces ‘wild heat’ and means the machine is highly carbon efficient.
Our toasties are served wrapped simply in a recycled napkin and do not require cutlery meaning our packaging waste is minimal. All our other disposables (cups, lids etc) are Biodegradable.
None of our ingredients are air freighted and we buy locally sourced ingredients when available. All our products are produced fresh on-site to order which reduces wastage and minimizes transport costs.
Most of our power is provided by LPG gas cylinder. We have only a 16A electricity requirement to run our fridges. We have our own LPG generator, which we can use where there is no power available at the site.
